Hi everyone! I just made this live journal as my diet/exercise/weightloss journal. In my journal I am going to be keeping up with what I do for the day and will be hoping to reach my weight loss goal. So add me if you would like to!

hi! Thanks for joining. So sorry I didn't write back yesterday, I am sick with the flu :( I am glad to see you are taking an active action with your weight loss.

Doctors say journaling about your weight loss journey helps more than if you didn't. I watched that on 20/20 couple weeks ago.
